Lets talk about this yaoi by Mizushiro Setona and it’s sequel Sojou no Koi wa Nido Haneru. Lets put on the side that these manga have such a stupid names, in my opinion, but what we got here are Ootomo Kyouichi, a married guy and Imagase Wataru, his kohai from university days.
There are many things that I didn’t like about this manga. In BL manga, you can’t expect many “reasonable” things to happen and a lot of things just don’t make sense, but this one was pretty something.
So, we have Ootomo Kyouichi, a married guy who can’t keep it in his pants and cheats on his wife many times because “he was forced to” and “couldn’t get away from that woman”. So basically we have a guy, who goes with the flow, lets people use him as they wish and thinks it’s never his fault, ’cause all he is looking for is someone to love him…(of course, without giving much in return, besides being polite and kind to them).
Imagase Wataru, on the other hand, is a gay guy who fell in love with a straight guy and then thinks that’s enough to blackmail Ootomo into having some type of contact with him, thinking it would be enough to satisfy his desire. The wussy he is, Ootomo agrees and then this painful story begins. Of course that what Imagase gets from Ootomo isn’t enough and, no matter how much he prepares himself for it and for the fact that Ootomo doesn’t love him and will leave him the moment some interesting woman appears, he still can’t stop hoping that something will change. I just think that Ootomo should be more sincere and just leave him alone. But no, he did even the opposite.
He even dreamed of Imagase, that he was actually a woman (in his dream) and then the reaction when he woke up was like this:
Bottom line, I wouldn’t recommend it…The sequel is even more boring and it makes no sense, after Ootomo starts living with Tamaki, after “breaking up” with Imagase. It just wasn’t good enough for me.
